Cannot access instance or web interface

I've been running this instance for about a year and it's been running just fine until recently. The phone system still seems to be running, but I can no longer SSH into the server, nor can I view the admin page with the browser. Normally at this point I would snapshot the volume, move it to another instance, and look at the logs, or at least copy my configuration files off and start a new instance, but this being a marketplace application, this is not possible. "The instance configuration for this AWS Marketplace product is not supported"

What are my options at this point?
